This private estate garden wedding with Jonathan and Michelle will be hard to forget. Michelle and Jonathan had planned on an October wedding this year, but with the way this year has gone for many other couples, they made the decision to postpone and plan a small, intimate micro-wedding in their backyard. Their wedding day turned out to be one of the most picturesque days in Pleasanton. It was nothing short of perfection!
These two planned and executed the most beautiful ceremony and reception in their backyard! But before we gush over all of the thoughtful details, I need to share about their first look. Michelle LOVES the beautiful palm tree-lined driveway of Rubino Winery; and it made for a unique location for them to share their first look. Michelle, with her stunning gown and delicate veil, really made an entrance here and Jonathan’s reaction says it all!
We then made our way to their home for their sweet ceremony, officiated by Jonathan’s father. Along with their immediate family, many of Jonathan and Michelle’s family members witnessed the merriment via video chat. Full of joy and meaningful sentiments, these two spoke their promises and officially became husband and wife!
After the ceremony, it was time to toast and celebrate! Jonathan and Michelle created such a gorgeous experience for their families. Complete with beautiful pieces from Pleasanton Rentals and adorned with the gorgeous work of Bungalow Blooms, the reception was perfect! Finally, we all made our way to their front yard, where giant marquee lights spelled out “just married” for some fun portraits!
Jonathan and Michelle, thank you for sharing this incredibly meaningful time with you and your family. It is a true honor to have been chosen to document this exciting new season of life; and you two deserve all the joy in the world!
