Intentional wedding photography rooted in beauty, humanity, and the art of noticing what will matter long after the day has passed.
That belief began long before I became a photographer.
In my grandparents’ home, family photographs lined the hallway and quietly held decades of our history. They weren’t simply pictures of how people looked — they reminded us who was there, what mattered, and where our story began.
That understanding still shapes the way I photograph weddings today – with care for the beauty in front of me, and close attention to the people, gestures, and fleeting moments that may someday mean everything.

Now when I look at the photo Catie snapped, I can remember that moment perfectly.

Catie was there from beginning to end on our special day and was incredibly conscious of making sure she captured all of the special moments without being intrusive. My husband and I are not people who get photos taken a lot, and Catie worked us through that perfectly.

Not only did she make us feel comfortable on the big day, but she made everyone from our parents to our guests feel the same way too! She was thorough in her questionnaire prior to the wedding day, so when the day came, she knew exactly what we wanted her to capture, and she snapped away while we enjoyed the day.

At the first location, a truck was blocking our “perfect shot” and my husband and I were freaking out. Catie calmly said, “I’ll make it work…” and she absolutely DID — they turned out to be some of our favorite photos of the day. She is so kind, personable, and adapts to the needs of the wedding party.

On your wedding day, your photographer is basically by your side all day, and Catie was such an absolute joy to be around! All of our guests love her too. We still hear from them that our photographer was amazing and sweet and we couldn’t agree more. All in all, we LOVE Catie and truly consider her our friend.
