What a joy it was to have the privilege of documenting Matt + Caitlin’s Woodside wedding! This ethereal handmade wedding was the perfect mix of sweet and romantic. A few months back when I met with Caitlin to chat about her wedding day I was THRILLED with her dream! So much whimsy and fun was infused into every detail you could see. From the gardens to the breathtaking trees, the perfect woodland themed tablescapes at the reception, and their custom designed ceremony and traditions, this day was an absolute dream!!

AHHHH!!! Definitely a favorite!!Before the ceremony, the ladies gathered to form a “Women’s Circle”. It was a time that the girls had set aside before the ceremony to celebrate Caitlin and to cover her with good thoughts and all of their sweet memories together. So beautiful!!And they had a fire ceremony!!!Each member from the wedding party came up to Matt + Caitlin and read a sweet note then placed it in the fire along with a sprinkle of herbs.Their vows were my favorite! What sweet words they share to one another :) YES!! That IS a lightsaber and and Harry Potter wand!!!Caitlin’s sister sang a song she wrote for the newlyweds!!Then both Caitlin’s dad and sister sang M+C first dance song — it was truly precious!!
