This Baker Beach sunrise session is easily one of my favorites! Billy and Taylor are a husband and wife photography and videography team from Virginia. They were visiting California while traveling here for a wedding in Half Moon Bay. Taylor and I met through a mutual friend, Jana, and I am so happy that we connected! While planning their trip, Billy and Taylor knew that they wanted to get some portraits done in Yosemite National Park and while they were in town we were able to make plans for sunrise portraits in San Francisco!
If you want a private, secluded location in San Francisco, I highly recommend planning a Baker Beach sunrise session. This beach is typically FILLED with visitors and finding an area there without anyone in the background is almost impossible. Plus, just look at that gorgeous, romantic, ethereal light pouring in from that sunrise!!!! DREAMY!
Billy and Taylor were troopers at their Baker Beach sunrise session. It was FREEZING, and early, and FREEZING! Did I mention that it was FREEZING?? Ok, just making sure you knew….it was forty-something with a little bit of wind. And they got in the water – WHAAAT!! Rockstars! And totally worth it!
