I recently photographed an Irish-inspired bridal shower in The Rotunda at Neiman Marcus. It was a very special and heartfelt bridal shower that was a fantastic way to honor the couple’s engagement in Ireland.
Guests were welcomed with champagne as they mingled. The entryway was adorned with a fun “lucky in love” backdrop where Busy Bees Floral added the perfect blooms and greenery to complete the design. There were a few meaningful elements at this bridal shower that made it so personal to the couple; including the beautiful paper items designed by Pirouette Paper. Invitations were created with a wax seal of The Rotunda’s iconic stained glass ceiling, as well as a couple of sprigs of dried clovers.
From the design to the menu, every aspect of the bridal shower likely reflected the couple’s connection to Ireland. I especially loved the blessings written to the couple on rocks – a fun keepsake! These thoughtful touches create an atmosphere that is both enchanting and deeply personal.
This Irish-inspired bridal shower is a classic and elegant design that created a fresh and sophisticated ambiance. The combination of white and green symbolizes purity, new beginnings, and nature, making it a perfect choice for celebrating the upcoming union of two people.
It’s touching to see how couples can incorporate their personal stories and journeys into their pre-wedding festivities. This not only adds depth and significance to the events, but also creates a stronger connection to their shared history and future together.
