You know when you meet someone and you just know that they are good people? That is how it felt when I met Wes and Jen. To top it off, their Borges Ranch engagement session was an absolute DREAM.
This was a new location for me, so naturally I arrived early and did some scouting for some awesome portrait spots. I became immediately giddy as I started to explore and was so anxious to start photographing these two! There are so many BEAUTIFUL places at Borges Ranch and I cannot wait to go back someday. I love how locations such as this lend a couple of different looks varying from the fall through the spring.
Wes and Jen decided to include their sweet boy, Otis and I could not be more thrilled that they did. He is such a good boy and was up for the adventure which is always the best! He was such a trooper walking back and forth between locations as the light changed and we got some very sweet portrait with him and his people that I know will be treasured forever.
My favorite moments from this Borges Ranch engagement session was when the sun was almost set and we had an entire hill to ourselves. Wes and Jen shared this moment together and all was quiet, they could focus on one another and breathe in this exciting season of life! I am so excited for their wedding day next year!
