This Napa proposal is just the sweetest! I met up with Many and Lane early one morning this summer. We started their portraits at V. Sattui (one of my favorite places!) and oh man was it gorgeous!!!! Not only did we have a beautiful cloudy morning, but we had the entire place to ourselves and it was AWESOME!
Lane assured me that these were just some annual portraits, but I had this feeling that Matt might propose. I wanted to ask him so bad, but there just wasn’t a good time to ask without Lane hearing! HA! So, we proceeded to adventure the beautiful property. . .and I was ready, just in case!
We later took a drive over to Round Pond Estate. After a wardrobe change and a little wine tasting, I led these love birds over to the garden and then over to an olive grove. That feeling I had from earlier in the session was really coming on strong when all of a sudden, Matt asked me if he could borrow Lane for a minute. He held her hand, then pulled out a ring box and got down on one knee. It was such a perfect moment!!! Neither Lane or I knew it was happening, but it happened, and it was PERFECT!!!
